LOS NAVEGANTES VIEWPOINT
Located at the southern end of the Pampilla of Coquimbo, it was created in recognition of the numerous English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Dutch navigators who entered these coasts between 1578 and 1700, including Sir Francis Drake and Bartolomé Sharp.
It was formerly used to watch the arrival of pirate ships. It is a viewpoint with a wonderful view, from which you could see the bay of La Herradura and the Guayacán creek. It is a place to visit as a family.
Although it is in the vehicular transit area of the San José fishing company, access is released. It can be accessed inside the Pampilla or through an external door on the side of this enclosure.
